Coming to Alexander Spencer in 2018, James has led AS Mortgage Partners to help deliver their clients sustained and ongoing success by delivering effective, tailored financial solutions.
James’s thoughtful, considered advice and support has enabled many of his clients to take their businesses to the next level. His clients are able to rely on him for accurate and effective mortgage and debt advisory because of his experience in business banking and commercial lending, giving him specific insight into the financial requirements of self-employed people and small business owners.
Whether his clients need cashflow support, asset finance or help purchasing a personal or commercial property, James is able to guide them through that process, assess their needs and steer the transaction through his accreditations with numerous different lending partners. In his spare time, James cherishes quality time with his wife and their two young children, both at home and travelling to new destinations. As a passionate Essendon supporter, he loves going to football games, and is also a fan of horse racing.
